If you’ve forgotten your password to your Plaid Portal account, you can take steps to reset it. If you have waited more than 30-minutes and still have not received an email, this may be due to a few reasons:
- You have not created a Plaid Portal account at https://my.plaid.com/.
- You created a Plaid Portal account, but never successfully completed the account creation process by verifying your email address - so there is no active account to log into.
- You have a Plaid Portal account, but accidentally used the Developer account login that’s linked on our main website (https://dashboard.plaid.com/) to request a password reset email through there by mistake.
- The email was sent to your spam folder. Please check your spam/junk folder, the email will come from noreply@plaid.com.
If the reasons listed above do not apply, please click the support icon on the bottom right corner of the page to open a request with our support team.
