To complete your Plaid Portal account signup you’ll need to verify your email address, which requires that you receive an email code from Plaid. If you have waited more than 30-minutes and have still not received an email verification message please try the following:
- Check your spam folder, the email will come from noreply@plaid.com.
- If you are using a public computer we suggest trying again when you have access to a private browser. Some public devices will filter traffic from certain websites regardless of the content.
- Close your web browser and try logging in again.
- Try using a different web browser (for best results we suggest using Google Chrome).
