Plaid enables you to connect your financial accounts with the apps you choose. Therefore, if your financial accounts have incorrect data, those errors may be reflected when the information is shared with the apps you choose. If you believe there are errors in the data you’ve shared with your apps, it’s important to verify with your financial institution that your information is correct.
If the information reflected in one or more of the apps you use does not match the data held by your bank or financial institution, then one possibility is that your app is not accessing the most current information available. If this is the case, you can either wait for your information to automatically update, or contact your app for further assistance.
