Plaid provides identity verification services to our customers that help you verify your identity to access the apps you choose. You can create a Remember Me Profile to save your identity information with Plaid and speed up future verification processes on other Plaid-powered applications or services you may use.
You are saving identity information such as your name, date of birth, phone number, address, national ID number, and identification document to Plaid by creating a Remember Me Profile. Then, when required to verify your identity in the future on another Plaid-powered application, you can use your saved information. Before submitting your information to an application or service, you can review and edit the information you’ve saved.

We value the privacy of those who provide personal information to us. To respond to your request for assistance, we may require additional information to verify your identity. Plaid may retain some information after the completion of the data deletion request, as permitted by applicable law.
